In spite of the old fashion queuing/waiting system, it feels very effective with numerous people served every time. What makes the system effective, I feel, is the staff who are very skillfull, good listeners with great attitude to help. Especially Rita who comes out and makes sure every patient in the room is being seen accordingly or put in the system, etc. Rita comes across not only very knowledgeable but very accurate when answering. She was also very helpful towards a colleague who were not as skilful. Rita had such a beautiful attitude and effectiveness when helping me and the rest of the patients waiting in the room. Equally she was very helpful at reception too though she didn't served me directly - Thanks Rita and all!!

Unacceptable waiting times. People queue outside for an hour before the clinic opens and when it opens it's at full capacity straightaway. Reception staff seem annoyed at everyone. I ask what number I was in the queue and the reception lady nearly had a go at me when I only ask one simple question. It becomes impossible to see a sexual health doctor in London. Too many places shut down and the one that didn't don't have enough doctors.
The place was freezing. Just a bit warmer than outside. It's nice that there were free coffee available.

Was notified it would be a 2 hour wait and was not seen until 4.5 hours after arrival. Online queue system noted that I would receive a text when with what time I would be seen but there was nothing, leading me to sit in the waiting room for 4.5 hours.

The best sexual health clinic in London! I have been to this clinic couple of times with my health issues and thank you very much to the great wonderful staff, I was given the best care & treatment to cure me.

Both the doctor and nurse who saw me, were absolutely amazing. Both extremely kind and and very polite.
Neither made the experience awkward or embarrassing instead made me feel completely at ease.
Also I was seen promptly after arrive and was in and out within 2 hours which I think is very good.
